TLC's support services are powered by the team at City of Light Creative & Consulting, a multidisciplinary nonprofit consulting firm based in Buffalo and serving clients worldwide. CLCC donates staff time and expertise to TLC, giving emerging nonprofit leaders access to experienced consultants at no cost.
